Dendrospyris megalocephalis Chen, 1975

Description - Add description

Sagittal ring D-shaped, joined directly to the back of lattice shell. Basal and sagittal rings constricted indistinctly. Thorax subcylindrical with a slight constriction at mouth. Six basal pores separated by two primary and two secondary lateral bars. Pores circular to subcircular, small, densely spaced on the cephalis, less densely spaced on the thorax. Shell bearing small conical spines at apex of cephalis in some specimens, terminated by teeth of irregular sizes.

Remarks:
This species differs from other members of this genus in having small, densely spaced pores, and a flatter and wider shell.
